TAX DEPARTMENT Mission StatementThe income tax division is charged with the collection, audit and enforcement of the 1.75% municipal income tax pursuant to chapter 890 of the Newark City ordinance. Our goal is to enforce the tax ordinance in a courteous and professional manner, while applying the laws in a fair and equitable manner. |
