Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) meeeting scheduled for Thursday, March 26th, 2020 has been cancelled. 
The next regularly scheduled meeting is April 23rd. 


Members: 5 citizen members appointed by the Mayor to serve for a term of 4 years, no more than 5 terms total.
Purpose: to consider appeals for exceptions to and variances in the application of
    resolutions, ordinances, regulations, other legislative measures and administrative
    determinations governing zoning in the City.
Dates: 4th Thursday of every month.
Time: Meetings start at 5:30 p.m.
Location: 40 W. Main St., City Hall Council Chambers, 1st Floor.
